The United States of Tara est une comédie de Showtime dans laquelle on retrouve Toni Collette. Elle y est une femme et mère qui souffre de troubles de l'identité. La série suite le quotidien de la famille et comment l'apparition des différentes identités de Tara trouble la vie quotidienne.Parmi ces multiples personnalités, il y en aura entre autres: un motard, une adolescente allumeuse, une parfaite femme au foyer...

La série est produite par Steven Spielberg, Justin Falvey et Darryl Frank Dreamworks Television, mais aussi par Diablo Cody (scénariste remarquée de Juno) qui a écrit le pilote et sera scénariste de la série.

J'ai vu le premier et ça va c'était sympa les acteurs sont super le seul gros soucis à mon avis c'est que c'est trop survolé (format 20mn oblige) et je pense que c'est une série qui aurait largement et énormément gagné à avoir un format 50mn.
